The Rush-Henrietta Education Foundation awards grants that promise to enhance and enrich educational opportunities for the students and staff of the Rush-Henrietta Central School District.
RHEF considers grant applications that fall in the following areas:
- students with financial needs
- R-H school community recognition and awards
- community education and enrichment program
- extracurricular program enrichment
- academic program enrichment
- financial assistance for career development
How to Apply
RHEF seeks to award grants to benefit students at all levels within the District. Grants are reviewed and awarded on an ongoing basis. Grant applications are available in all of the school buildings. You may also:
Carefully complete the application form and submit it along with any supporting materials to the address noted below. Grant applications on behalf of individual students or student organizations must be submitted by a Rush-Henrietta staff member. Applicants are encouraged to share their proposal with their building administrator, since the Grant Making Committee may consult with them regarding the request.
When are grants awarded?
Grant applications must be submitted by October 1st and February 1st for consideration of funding in November or March. Grants are awarded approximately four weeks after approval..
